The Role – Youth Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) on a long-term basis, starting immediately. In this Youth Support Worker role, you will support students with challenging behaviour who have been excluded from mainstream education. As a Youth Support Worker your primary responsibility will be to help them reintegrate successfully into mainstream schooling by providing guidance, encouragement, and tailored support. A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential is essential.
The School – PRU
Located in Enfield, this PRU caters to 76 students who require additional behavioural support.
