Workshop Technician

Impact Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Workshop Technician to join a leading company in their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technology, repair, and maintenance to develop their career in a specialised field.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Northampton
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm + Early Finish on Friday.
Responsibilities:
Repair, service, test, and maintain advanced electrical products.
Work with both hardware and software to ensure optimal performance of products.
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Complete routine paperwork and maintain computer records.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
The ability to respond to customer enquiries via phone or email would be beneficial but is not essential.
What We're Looking For:
A strong interest in electro-mechanical products and their software controls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
