Workshop Supervisor Location: Coatbridge Pay: £44,000 basic Hours: Monday to Friday days Overtime paid at 1.5 About your new company My client is a fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled Workshop Supervisor to join their ever growing team. About your new Workshop Supervisor role * Support managers in optimizing workshop operations, repairs, staffing, and downtime. * Ensure compliance with standards, EHS laws, and company policies. * Maintain safety, stock levels, accurate paperwork, and efficient processes. * Deliver excellent service, identify opportunities, and meet goals. * Complete required training and uphold health & safety at all times The successful Workshop Supervisor will require * You will have an in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and HGV trailers * Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential) * Be a fully qualified HGV Trailer Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair or time served The successful Workshop Supervisor will receive * Company pensions * Private healthcare * On site parking * 25 days holiday + banks * Life assurance * Referral scheme * On site parking Next steps If this sounds of interest or you are looking for advise on your next Workshop Supervisor role, please contact: Chris at Kemp Recruitment on (phone number removed) for further information
