Job Title – Workshop Manager
Industry – Fleet Automotive
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000
Shift – Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location – Inverness
I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Inverness area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Workshop Manager.
Requirements for Workshop Manager:
Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Workshop Manager is essential.
Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Effective team management skills
Workshop Manager Duties:
Deliver high standards of customer service.
Set and ensure KPIs are met by the engineering team.
Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff.
Oversee preventative maintenance.
Ensure Health & Safety is being always adhered to.
