Workshop Manager
Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Alternate SaturdaysWorkshop Manager required for Automotive family run car garage in the Chatham area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site, the successful Workshop Manager will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays.
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £55,000 OTE.
Duties of a Workshop Manager
Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Looking After the Repair Centre Site. The Successful Workshop Manager will
Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
