Job Description
PSR Rail are currently recruiting for a Works Manager who will be the senior leader the foreman and supervisors for earthworks packages in the South.
Key Responsibilities
You will be directly responsible and accountable for the day-to-day performance of the teams assigned to you, including responsibility for health, safety and environmental issues as well as production and any record keeping required.
Details:
First class approach with Health, Safety and environmental.
Managing a small team of foreman, supervisors and gangs.
Good knowledge with materials and machines for the tasks ahead.
SMSTS
Liasion with all clients they deal with.
Utilise GPS Machine guidance
Working to a 3 week programme.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
