Our client is the longest standing independent law firm in Oxford and family owned too.
As part of their continued success and high demand for their services they are working with us to source an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor.
This is a full time (or 4 days per week) permanent employed role working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis - with 1 day working from home.
The office is within walking distance of Oxford station and easy access to the park and ride.
The Job:
Provide expert legal advice to clients in areas such as Wills, Trusts, and Probate
Assist in business development to grow the Wills, Trusts, and Probate practice
Support and lead your own Wills and Probate team
Manage client communications and workflow, ensuring high standards of client care
Actively market yourself and the firm to attract and retain clients
Work individually and as part of a collaborative team
Stay updated on changes in law and practice, attending training as necessary
Ideal Candidates for this role will be or have:
Qualified Solicitor with a Practising Certificate
Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
A positive, proactive attitude towards client care and business development
