Express Recruitment’s legal division are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly reputable Law Firm in their recruitment for a Wills and Probate Fee Earner. The firm have an excellent reputation, both with their clients and as an employer.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse portfolio of client matters, including drafting estate planning documents, overseeing powers of attorney, establishing and administering trusts, dealing with probate matters, and facilitating posthumous variations to estate plans
* Ensuring progress on client matters whilst providing regular updates to deliver a high standard of service
* Adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements for document and case management
* Leveraging the firm’s reputation to attract new clients and participating in outreach and promotional activities
* Collaborating with professionals and contacts through both individual and group networking efforts.
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills and Probate
* Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong commercial acumen, with desire to build upon an already successful division
