Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dynamic and dedicated Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Swansea, Neath and Port-Talbot. If you're looking to work in an inspiring educational environment and help students achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you! As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in both small groups and 1:1 setting, helping them with their academic progress and personal development. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere. Contract/Position Details Location - Various locations across Swansea · Position - Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant · Type of work - Teaching Assistant - day to day and long term cover in various schools · Start date - ASAP · Duration / Likely Duration - Day to day bookings, with the potential for extension depending on schools · End date (if applicable) - N/A · Contract type - Temporary · Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on schools needs · Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £87.90 per day · Hours - 8:45 am - 3:20pm (full day), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (though not essential). Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
