Full training will be provided on the job, so if you don’t have recruitment experience that isn’t a problem! If you do then great! We will look to build on this further by providing additional training and development opportunities!   You will have the opportunity to move up your career ladder quickly, as we are looking to grow and expand over the coming years with aspirations to create additional branch manager opportunities and open other offices across Wales! The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role, as you would be working alongside Welsh medium schools across Cardiff.
