Job Description
We are seeking an experienced & seasoned Travel Agent to head up Wellness Travel Brand.
The ideal Wellness Travel Consultant would be able to put together wellness travel packages and promote these products to clients. They would also need to be able to create customised packages to clients who have specific needs. We have a strong preference for Travel Consultants with standing relationships in the international travel & tourism sector from a travel agent or tour operator.
Wellness Travel Consultant Duties:
* Selling a range of wellness travel packages globally to clients.
* Building and or maintaining relationships with hotels, retreat owners, b&b’s and lodges and other tourism suppliers.
* Access and knowledge of flight booking systems.
* Making travel arrangements as needed by clients, these may include certain food sensitivities at retreats or planning activities that may not be included at a hotel and would have to be booked from an outside vendor, this also includes transport to the outside vendor and back.
* Promoting and marketing the travel packages.
* Knowledge of visa requirements.
* Knowledge of travel software (CRM system)
* Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
Wellness Travel Consultant - Essential Requirements:
* UK based sales experience in travel & tourism industry as a travel agent or within tour operation.
* Proven existing relationships with international travel suppliers
