Are you passionate about supporting individuals' mental health and wellbeing, particularly through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)? We have an exciting opportunity for a hybrid role that combines counselling with EAP services.
Role Overview:
As a Wellbeing Counsellor focusing on EAP, you will play a vital role in delivering counseling services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges. You will collaborate with organisations to promote mental health awareness and provide proactive support through EAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counselling sessions to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to address individuals' needs and promote resilience.
- Work closely with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.
Requirements:
- Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
- Strong understanding of workplace dynamics and the ability to support individuals in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
