£30,000–£38,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Boston Rose are working with a well-established training provider in the Portsmouth area to recruit a Welding Instructor to join their specialist engineering team. With impressive facilities and a growing reputation for high-quality apprenticeship programmes, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid welding experience who’s ready to share their knowledge and shape the next generation of engineers.
In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver practical training in MIG, TIG and MMA Welding to a mix of young learners, adult trainees, and commercial clients. You’ll also support learners through assessments, provide guidance throughout their development, and help ensure high standards across all areas of training.

* A Level 3 qualification in Engineering or Welding
* MIG, TIG and MMA Welding industry experience
* Confident communication and mentoring skills
* A passion for helping others learn and succeed
