On behalf of our client, we have an exciting and immediate and permanent opportunity for a Welding/Fabrication Supervisor. Working as an integral and valued member of an experienced and dedicated Supervisory team, this is a rare opportunity offering permanent and secure employment with a market-leading manufacturing organisation! Benefits: Salary: OTE £45,760 per annum Permanent and secure employment with a market-leading organisation Friendly and dynamic manufacturing team Opportunities for ongoing development and progression Key responsibilities/duties: Ensuring strict adherence to all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures Scheduling and coordinating production priorities., within the department but also with other departments. Coordinating with team Leaders to ensure effective supervision of staff in a busy welding/fabrication department. Driving forward quality and production improvement initiatives Monitoring and reporting production efficiencies Staff timekeeping and attendance monitoring/reporting Participation in staff training and development initiatives Experience required: A strongproven supervisory background, ideally gained in the welding/fabrication sector is essential. Excellent communication and people management skills Ability to motivate and drive forward improvements.
