Job Description

Role Responsibilities This is a key process within the manufacturing process and requires good attention to detail and teamwork. Responsibilities include: • Tig welding • Mig welding • Working with materials such as mild steel and stainless steel • Some jig work • Fabrication • Automated welding • Maintaining high levels of health and safety Candidate Profile • Hard working and a desire to help the business thrive. • Ability to read technical drawings/specifications • Ability to work without direct supervision and quality check own work • A strong team player with a “can do” attitude and proactive approach to work. • Keen problem solver • The ability to demonstrate effective time management and work to production deadlines • A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work. Desirable Skills • Previous experience as a coded welder • Experience operating saws, lathes and drills **Candidate will be required to pass a weld test
