JOB TITLE: Weekend Customer Service Administrator LOCATION: Bridgwater HOURLY RATE: Circa £12 P/H (weekly paid) HOURS: Saturday: Shift between 8.30am - 7.00pm (8 hours per day) Sunday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Additional hours occasionally available during busy periods (June - September) We are working in partnership with a growing business who are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience to everyone that engages with them. Our client is recruiting for A Weekend Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis starting immediately. KEY DUTIES: Providing an excellent, personal and efficient service to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience Liaising with contact customers via telephone and email to take payments and update the system Answer queries within a timely manner Manage customer details and process any account changes.
