Job Introduction Listers Group are currently looking to recruit a Warranty Controller for our VW Commercial Dealership in Coventry. The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 1pm, working the occasional Saturday when required. Basic Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits. The role responsibilities will be: • Identifying potential warranty work. • Liaising with the manufacturer to authorise works. • Processing warranty claims within manufacturer guide lines and time frames. • Scheduling warranty work with the workshop. • Ensuring that under and over payments are appealed. • Monitoring profitability and revenue of the department. What we're looking for: • This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked within a dealership as a Trainee Warranty Controller or Experienced Warranty Controller. • However, although previous exposure to a Warranty Controller/Administrator role is ideal it is not essential as training will be given. More importantly you will have a great understanding of Dealership Warranty systems and procedures, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with all levels of staff and management. • Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. • A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
