Warranty Administrator – Main Dealership
📍 Location: Ipswich
💰 Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
🕒 Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 17:30) or Flexible (5 days, 9:00 - 15:00)
📅 Holidays: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a well-established main dealership in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with guidelines
✅ Ensuring accuracy in claims, invoices, and supporting documentation
✅ Monitoring and tracking warranty payments and rejections
✅ Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
✅ Keeping up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience in a warranty administration role (preferred)
🔹 Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
🔹 Good communication and IT skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
