Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a successful and established distribution company in Basingstoke
Our client is looking for a driven individual who has a flexible working approach and great work ethic.
Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Leading a team of warehouse workers
- Supporting the first line manager
- Implementing the daily staffing plan
- Training colleagues where needed, following health and safety procedures
- Briefing the team daily and creating targets
- Assisting with warehouse duties and leading by example
- Ensuring productivity rates are achieved
Job Specifics:
- Night Shift
- Sunday to Friday - 10pm to 6am
- Basingstoke - RG24
- Pay: £(phone number removed)phr
- Temporary to Permanent position
Requirements for the Team Leader role:
- Experience leading a team
- Wealth of previous warehouse experience
- IT Literate
