Job Description

Senior Production Team Leader, Larkhall, £35,700 We are recruiting for a Senior Production Team Leader to work at our clients' site in Larkhall. What you'll be doing: As a Senior Production Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient production processes. Your responsibilities will include: Actively manage and drive Health & Safety performance within the team Leading the team to deliver the daily production plan and the department KPI's whilst driving team engagement - ensuring a recovery plan in place to protect customer delivery Ensuring quality of product maintained to both internal and customer standards Identifying training needs and implement ongoing development to ensure operators maintain and exceed required standards Identify opportunities for improvement within production areas utilising activities such as Gemba Walks, 5S Audits, Process Audits, Waste Walks, Evaluation of Scrap and implementing corrective actions etc. Ensuring prompt action taken on any quality issues highlighted within department Organise the supply of materials and ensure completion of any related documentation Effectively manage team performance; including Team Leaders and Operators, to ensure they are maximising their capability within their role.
