Job title: Warehouse Supervisor
Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business seeking a proactive and motivated Supervisor to lead one of their day shift teams at a busy depot
You'll take charge of daily operations within a busy warehouse environment-organising workloads, motivating your team, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time. This is a physically active role that also requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role, ideally in a hands-on setting
Ability to lead by example and get stuck in when needed
Valid Combilift or Counterbalance forklift licence
Comfortable with manual handling and order picking tasks
Highly organised, communicative, and calm under pressure
Experience with timber products is desirable but not essential-full training provided
