Full time, permanent role – Warehouse Shift Manager at a builders merchant based in Bristol – Filton, BS34.  £33,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm Overtime paid after 42.5 hours worked per week Easily accessible by public transport or free parking on site 25 days paid holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays Opportunity to Buy More Holiday Private Health Insurance Benefit Pension scheme with up to 7.5% company contributions Company funded FLT Training and annual renewals Cycle to work scheme About the role Line Manage the afternoon shift, supporting their development, coaching and training to succeed in their role Working in partnership with AM shift manager, transport manager and operations manager Effectively plan workforce to ensure the operation meets necessary KPIs Support the Branch Stock Checks when required The right candidate An experienced warehouse operative Prior experience in a team leader / supervisor / manager role Good communication skills and comfortable in a customer facing role Comfortable operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks - External Certification essential Experience of manual handling If you are interested in this role please apply online or for further information contact Pertemps Bristol Industrial team and speak to Luke Worlock or Maisie Allen
