Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Swan Valley on a temp-to-perm basis.
Location: Swan Valley, NN4
Shift: 8:30am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £11.81 - £12.33 (With FLT Licenses)
Duties:
Accurately receiving and putting component deliveries away
Identifying quality issues - shortages, damages, miscellaneous errors
Working collaboratively with colleagues and Team Leaders both within your team and across other teams
Picking and moving relevant warehouse goods to despatch, production or elsewhere
Undertaking relevant system training / familiarisation to be able to conduct system enquiries / activities
Undertaking all relevant MHE training and utilise equipment for the benefit of general Goods In, picking and receiving activity (enhanced rate of pay once specific licences have been achieved)
Participating in stock counts and PI checks.The ideal candidate would:
Proven warehouse experience
Experience using Counterbalance, High level order picker and Flexi truck or be willing to learn
Communicate effectively with the management team
Committed, Driven and Enthusiastic
