Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative!
Location: Droitwich
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Mon-Thu: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Fri: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Pay: £11.44 per hour
We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Droitwich.
Roles:
Receiving Goods: Unload, inspect, and record shipments (including manual container unloading).
Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch.
Cleanliness: Keep the work environment safe and tidy.
Equipment Use: Safely operate forklifts/pump trucks.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting (up to 25kg).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptability to take on various tasks and a willingness to learn.
Preferred:
Forklift licence (FLT).
