Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for your own Health and Safety and that of your colleagues;
· Responsible for the receipt of goods inwards and outwards;
· Provide an excellent level of service and support to the customer at all stages of the customer experience;
· Carry out fork-lift duties in a safe and efficient manner;
· Assist with stock reconciliation, ensuring stock control systems are up to date and inventories are accurate;
· Assist with improvements and efficiencies in all warehousing aspects;
· Responsible for material waste management;
· Ensure that machinery is in a safe and satisfactory working manner and conduct regular checks;
· Assist in the manufacture of ancillary products;
· Ensure effective house- keeping in accordance with company procedures;
· Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and maintained, ensuring quick & accurate information can be obtained when required;
· Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to deliver the company’s performance standards and the business objectives;

Criteria Essential Desirable
Education · GCSE qualification in Maths & English minimum Grade C or equivalent. · Forklift Truck Licence
Experience · Experience of working in a warehouse within a manufacturing sector · Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team environment · Experience with process improvements
Skills and Competences · Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work on own initiative · Computer literate · Knowledge and implementation of Health & Safety · Desire for personal and professional development
Circumstances · Able to work flexible hours as required, overtime and a shift pattern · Normal colour vision
