Location: SE1, London
Shift: 1:00am - 9:30am
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (with potential increase upon permanent placement)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
We are looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a large parcel company in the SE1 area. This role involves loading and unloading parcels at the bottom of a chute, stacking them into cages ready for delivery. It's a fast-paced, physically active position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth parcel distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving parcels as they come down the chute
Stacking parcels securely into cages for dispatch
Loading and unloading parcels efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements:
Ability to work night shifts (1am - 9:30am)
Physically fit - heavy lifting and manual handling required
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
