Warehouse Operative AM Shift
Magna Park, Lutterworth,LE17
£12.05 - £14.04 Per Hour
PERMANENT CONTRACTS GIVEN AFTER 12 WEEKS based on attendance and performance targets being met
*** MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION AND SHIFT TIMES ***
Siamo are proud to work in partnership with ASDA recruiting Warehouse Operatives for their chilled distribution centre based in Magna Park Lutterworth, LE17.
We are looking for hard working individuals to join a team within a friendly, ambient warehouse environment, to locate and order pick products, ensuring accurate dispatch to stores all over the country.
The role will involve picking grocery products using voice headsets Training is provided. You will also be trained to LLOP, so experience on this is advantageous.
This role is a manual role and required lifting and moving of products.
Immediate starts available!
Shift Times:
07:00am – 15:00pm (**5 Days out of 7 – includes weekend working on a rota basis**)
Rates of Pay:
Start Pay Rate £12.05 Per Hour
12 Week Pay rate £13.04 Per Hour
27 Week Pay Rate £14.04 Per Hour
Requirements:
Warehouse experience is essential.
Warehouse picking experience
LLOP experience is desirable but not Essential as training is provided
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A positive attitude.
Reliable and keen to work.
