Warehouse Manager – £26,000/year – Monday to Friday – Great Hours, Great Team
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Manager to join a growing team and keep things running like a well-oiled pallet truck.
If you're someone who doesn’t shy away from a bit of hard graft, knows how to lead a small team, and takes pride in keeping a warehouse organised, safe, and efficient, we want to hear from you.
🕗 Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
(Finish time can be flexible when needed — we’re not clock-watchers)
💰 Salary: £26,000 per year
👷♂️ What the role involves:

Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations

Leading and supporting a small, hard-working team
*
Keeping deliveries and dispatch running smoothly
*
Maintaining stock accuracy and tidy workspaces
*
Getting stuck in when needed — this isn’t a desk-only gig
💡 What we’re looking for:

Previous warehouse experience (bonus points for any management or supervisory background)

Someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

Great communicator and team motivator

Forklift licence? Ideal, but not essential
