Warehouse Forklift Operator
£16.23 to £20.68 Per Hour
Rotating Days and Nights
Ware, Hertfordshire
Our Client based in Ware is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work within a renowned global Pharmaceutical company.
Your main duties will include:
* To operate warehouse mechanical handling equipment including Reach and Counterbalance Trucks
* Booking delivery's in to warehouse,
* Creating and packing in to boxes and pallets;
* Sample goods, recording quantities and locations.
* Completion of documentation, both electronic and paperwork
* Computer Literate, utilise SAP
* Ensure that GMP Practices are adhered at all times.
* Collation of picked goods to fulfil production orders.
* Issue of goods to scrap stocks, process scrap stock; Issue of goods for return to vendor;
* Maintain high standards of health and safety and good control of warehouse practices in all aspects of warehouse operations to minimise damage.
* Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to at all times;
* Re-stack finished packs onto specific pallet type for special/specific market requirements.
* Completion of tasks safely and correctly to time scales following procedures
* Perform all equipment checks to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
* Able to undertake manual handling operations.
Forklift Licence required and a minimum of 2 years of Forklift experience preferred.
