Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. Be part of the movement – and play your part. About the role Working Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30, you will be responsible for: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods into and out of the warehouse. Assign workloads and daily tasks to the warehouse and local distribution team. Respond to customer queries and troubleshoot problems effectively. Ensure warehouse areas are clean and well-maintained. Help oversee and coordinate daily local deliveries. Adhere to health and safety policies, contribute to safe systems of work, and ensure defect reporting processes are followed. About you The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, and the capacity to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial. While an HGV licence is desirable, it is not essential. We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
