Warehouse Coordinator Location: Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire. Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per year. Schedule: Monday – Friday. Frederic Smart Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our busy site in Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire. About the Role This is a varied role that combines both office-based responsibilities and hands-on involvement in our on-site warehouse. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Managing delivery intake bookings. • Generating intake paperwork. • Handling customer queries via phone and email. • Processing customer charges. • Inputting and managing data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Resolving stock queries efficiently.
