Job Description
Vulnerability & Exposure Manager (CTEM), Cyber Security Lead with solid Business Stakeholder Management skills, Part Remote
Vulnerability & Exposure Manager / Cyber Security Lead with solid and proven Business Stakeholder Management skills / a Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) Lead is required to work for a Professional Services Firm in Central London.).
We need someone who has the technical ability to understand Technology threats and risks but then translate these to the business, first discovering vulnerable threats and then articulating them to the business in non-technical, business impact terms. You must have solid experience in this area, along with dealing with other areas of Technology (outside of security), providing the same approach. Essentially, they are calling this ‘Vulnerability & Exposure Management’ to help shine a light on certain areas of the business, identify problems and provide solutions.

Experience required:
* 4 to 6 years of relevant IT Security / Cyber Security experience
* Proven experience of Vulnerability & Exposure Management (or like for like)
* Business and Technical Stakeholder Management skills at C-Level / Partner Level
* Proven ability to translate Security Tech Risk into Business Risk
* Commercial CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), or similar, knowledge or experience is essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (nice to have)
* Experience with Microsoft Security tools (Defender suite) and other Microsoft Stack technologies, such as Azure
* Experience with third party security assurance tools eg Wiz, Noetic, Cymulate
* Exposure to / knowledge of DevSecOps
* Experience of managing 3rd Party Security vendors
* Experience in developing and deploying critical security architecture solutions such as EDR, Cyber Threat Exposure Management, , and other cybersecurity solutions
* Experience with multiple cybersecurity tools, including Configuration Assessment, , and Endpoint Security Solutions
* Working knowledge of cloud security, application security, network security
* Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships that improved the business relationships
