Job Description

Job description Nuco Solutions requires a Voids Supervisor for a client contract based in Hackney. The successful candidate will supervise, lead and oversee quality control of workers in accordance with Health and Safety and high standards of working practices whilst ensuring good customer satisfaction. Job responsibilities: * Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership * Partner with admin and clients to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks * Manage a team working mainly on void properties * Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company’s vision, monitoring budgets and reporting back to leadership * Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and discipline as needed * Carry out SOR reports and have a good understanding of SOR codes * Receive and track employee and customer complaints, and resolve problems * Maintain timekeeping and personnel records Requirements: * Previous experience working as a voids supervisor * Social housing experience * Previous experience working as a multi trader Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus scheme * Performance bonus Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * Life insurance * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Social Housing Maintenance: 2 years (required) * Supervising: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road
