Job Description

Job Title: VNA Driver / Order Picker Location: Oldbury Hours: 45 hours per week – Shifts between 08:00am – 10:30pm. Predominantly 12:30pm – 10:00pm. Flexibility required. About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated VNA Driver / Order Picker to join our team. This is a key role within our warehouse, ensuring that goods are stored and picked accurately and efficiently. As a VNA Driver, you will be operating a Very Narrow Aisle truck, working to precise order picking specifications. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate the VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck to pick and move goods within the warehouse. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements. Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and health and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, with most shifts being from 12:30pm to 10:00pm. Perform other warehouse duties as required.Requirements: Proven experience operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck or similar equipment. (License Required) Order picking experience preferred. Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
