JOB TITLE: Senior Ventilation Engineer SALARY: £45k - £55k + van/fuel card + overtime, bonus, employee trust fund, private healthcare LOCATION: London/M25 JOB INFORMATION - Senior Ventilation Engineer Our client is looking to develop an in - house service and maintenance Ventilation/HVAC/Air conditioning team and are looking for an experience Ventilation Engineer so lead the service and maintenance side, this role with require you diagnose faults, servicer and maintain ventilation equipment and as the business brings the contracts in house grow your own team. Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of ventilation systems for retail and hospitality customers, you would work both alone and with another engineer if required. There would be opportunity to train and develop further as an air conditioning / HVAC engineer as our client will be looking to develop your skills on service and fault finding, changing of compressors etc. Covering the M25 area you would be responsible for carrying out ventilation service and maintenance on contracts for high profile clients household names. Overtime is available and plentiful. Employee Trust Business - Meaning a % of your money paid to you tax free Personal use of the van BUPA and Private Dental care after a qualifying period COMPANY INFORMATION - Ventilations Engineer Reputable and well-established ventilation manufacturing company specialising in ventilation systems and air conditioning/HVAC within the hospitality/catering sector. Close working relationships with high profile blue chip/household name clients meaning long term contracts and job security. Our client is in the process of developing an in-house maintenance team to service the equipment installed by the business this encompasses all aspects of service and reactive maintenance on a wide range of appliances including ventilation systems, air conditioning such as AHU's, VRV's VRF's, splits etc Operating a team of multi skilled engineers across the UK, and Globally our client is committed to training and developing their high calibre staff. Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service. Blue chip clients including household names. CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Ventilation Engineer Good customer services skills well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Recognised HVAC qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided for the right person. Experience of working on ventilation service and maintenance contracts previously Good working knowledge on a wide range of ventilation systems, air con knowledge would also be advantageous Motivated and trustworthy Must be looking to progress with a forward thinking up and coming business as this is a role that will grow over time
