Job Description

Our client with offices based in Wymondham is seeking a Vehicle Service Administrator to join them on a full time contract basis Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.30pm (42.5 hours per week) covering for a period of maternity leave. Working within the aftermarket team, as Vehicle Service Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers following vehicle checks during service & repairs to agree additional work to be conducted, arranging parts to be ordered, passing through to service to book the work in, producing estimates for customers and following up via outbound calling, managing internal systems, highlighting customer feedback to internal teams, supporting administration and ad hoc related duties. To be considered for the role of Vehicle Service Administrator, you will have a background in vehicle parts or service, will have excellent relationship building skills, will be PC literate, have a clean driving licence and superb communication skills. In return, for the role of Vehicle Service Administrator, our client is offering a starting salary of £25,500 plus 5% uncapped commission, 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays rising with length of service, pension, discounted products and much more.
