Are you a motivated and results-driven vehicle sales professional looking for a high-earning opportunity? We’re looking for a Vehicle Sales Manager to join a thriving dealership in Harlow, Essex, where you’ll play a key role in closing deals, managing finance performance, and mentoring a top-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Assist in closing deals and conduct part-exchange valuations
🔹 Monitor and report on monthly finance and insurance sales performance
🔹 Deliver training and coaching to upskill the sales team in finance and insurance products
🔹 Maintain a strong focus on compliance and meeting deadlines
🔹 Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process
🔹 Collaborate with senior management to drive sales growth and team success
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Executive, or Sales Controller
✅ Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance in all areas
✅ A team-focused attitude with the ability to mentor and develop staff
✅ Excellent customer management skills, fostering long-term relationships
✅ Ability to multi-task and work independently, thriving in a fast-paced environment
