Job Description

Vehicle QC Inspector Location: Wyton, Cambridgeshire Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (40 hours) Salary: £26,300 per annum, £28,910 if experienced Contract: Permanent We are looking for a QC Inspector to join our client based in Wyton on a permanent basis. This role is critical in ensuring vehicle quality meets the highest standards and all work adheres to contract requirements. You will play a key role in overseeing quality control processes and achieving daily targets. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee quality control processes to uphold high standards. * Apply and ensure compliance with contract-specific standards and procedures. * Meet daily targets for vehicle refurbishment and address any delays promptly. * Identify and report sub-standard repairs or work. * Evaluate the quality of repairs, providing constructive feedback where necessary. What We’re Looking For: * Experience working with strict regulations and procedures. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and components. * Solid understanding of car and commercial vehicle systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to adapt to new technology and processes. * Initiative and flexibility to respond to changes effectively. * Strong team player with excellent time management and organisational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
