Job Description
Expleo is recruiting skilled Automotive Preppers and Vehicle Polishers for our prestigious client based in Surrey. Our client is looking for candidates to join their established team, where you will be required to deliver the highest standards in bespoke preparation. The role encourages involvement in improving team performance in quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.
Requirements:
Previous automotive paint spraying experience is highly desirable.
No formal qualifications required, but a foundation in engineering or experience in automotive/manufacturing is advantageous.
Specific skills for some positions (e.g., composite lay-up & repair, diagnostics, mechanical vehicle repair, bare metal repair).
Experience working as part of a team (desirable).
Experience working to timescales (advantageous).
