Job Description

Our client, a leading and well-established firm of Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors, operates across the South West region, offering a broad range of professional and agency services to a diverse clientele. They're now in the market for a Registered Valuer with at least 3 years post-qualification experience. Based in the Plymouth office, the role involves preparing commercial, residential, and development valuations for various purposes, including loan security, partnerships, pension funds, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide valuations across all property types, adhering to RICS Valuation – Global Standards (current edition). Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new and repeat business. Collaborate with the team to promote valuation and other surveying services. Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations with precision and professionalism. Contribute to business development by expanding the client base and strengthening existing relationships. Key Requirements: MRICS or FRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience. RICS Registered Valuer with a proven track record in delivering valuations. Excellent communication, technical, and client care skills. Ambition to support business growth and maintain high standards of service. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
