Interim Valuation Surveyor
Scotland
Part Time, 2-3 days per week
We are seeking an Interim Valuation Surveyor for a 6-month contract to assist with annual asset valuations for a local authority in Scotland. The role involves valuing public sector assets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The position is part-time, 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Conduct valuations of public sector assets.
Prepare and review valuation reports.
Provide advice on valuation methodologies and asset management.
Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and standards.Requirements:
MRICS (Registered Valuer)
Proven public sector valuation experience.
