A leading independent property consultancy is seeking an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join its dynamic valuation team in Aberdeen. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, with the potential to lead the department depending on experience.

About the Role
As a key member of the valuation team, you will provide expert valuation advice to:
* Banks, private & corporate clients, and public sector organisations (including healthcare & education sectors)
* Financial reporting, secured lending, and consultancy purposes
* Landlord/tenant advisory services where required
About You
* MRICS/FRICS qualified valuation surveyor
* Proven experience advising a diverse client base
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and secured lending valuations
* Ability to provide consultancy and landlord/tenant advice
