We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer – Researcher to lead user-centred design initiatives. You will conduct in-depth research, design user journeys, and create prototypes that enhance usability and align with business goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming user insights into impactful design solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research to identify customer needs and improve experiences. Create personas, journey maps, and prototypes to visualise solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment. Present research findings and design recommendations to drive consensus. Continuously enhance design usability, accessibility, and functionality. Requirements Degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field. 3+ years of UX/UI or user research experience. Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). Strong skills in customer journey mapping and prototyping. Knowledge of Agile workflows and usability testing methods. Preferred Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design. Passion for staying current on UX/UI trends and innovations.
