Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems to identify patterns.
* Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams.
* Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
* Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights and benchmark performance.
* Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness.
What Were Looking For:
* A Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and a thorough understanding of customer behaviour analytics.
