Job Title - Utilities Land Rights Manager Location - London Employment - Full-Time, Hybrid Salary - £49,000 DOE   Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure company with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, complex projects. They are committed to building sustainable, efficient, and innovative solutions, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Utilities Land Rights Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role that will involve managing land rights and agreements for utilities within a variety of construction projects.   Job Overview   As a Utilities Land Rights Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land acquisition, easement agreements, and land rights management for utility infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, landowners, and regulatory authorities to ensure all land rights are secured and compliant with relevant legislation. This position requires a blend of legal, technical, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the construction and utilities industries.   Required A relevant qualification in Surveying or another property related discipline or relevant work-based experience working towards qualification An understanding of the compulsory purchase process or other government compensation schemes (training will be provided). An understanding of the utility and telecommunications industries Experience Experience of working in or with the utilities sector Experience of working with suppliers to develop effective working relationships and manage performance to ensure delivery through the supply chain. Experience in managing Strategic Suppliers Experience in delivering largescale infrastructure projects
