Utilities and Fleet Coordinator
East London/Essex
6 month contract
£45,000 per annum pro rata (negotiable)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Utilities and Fleet Coordinator to join a client operating in the rail industry.
The successful applicant will support the existing team in coordinating utilities and fleet operations across the company’s multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilities:
Central point of contact for all utility usage queries (station leaks/data discrepancies/meter installations etc) to coordinate responses
Coordinate with Asset Management and external suppliers to install new meters/replace old meters/maintain and fix faulty meters
Key contact for external suppliers regarding invoice/data validation queries
Contract owner of electricity and gas contracts and key contact for procurement where required
Maintain a list of all sites with meter numbers/MPAN and meter locations, updating as necessary
Implementation of tenant meters/Network Rail meters to isolate company usage
Update MeterPay database for new meters or change of tenant namingFleet:
Overall responsibility of all vehicle usage in line with policy and tax rules (liaising with the vehicle managers)
Review and approval of all short-term hire requests
Training and coordination of vehicle managers to ensure they are equipped to carry out their duties
Record and report any breaches of policies to line managers
Carry out regular audits of fleet usage
