Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant Q - Are you a high-achieving graduate with a passion for supporting and working with children? Do you have previous experience working with young people and wish to pursue a career in a Childcare or education sector? EdEx are working with a 'Good' Graded Primary School in the Borough of Bexley who are seeking an Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant to support children across the school. This is a long-term and full-time position, and the Head Teacher is keen to speak to suitable candidates ASAP! This 1 Form Entry Primary School aspire to deliver a creative and inquisitive curriculum to all students, encouraging students to excel academically and develop on a personal level. All students want to learn and are supported in everything that they do, leading to strong academics across the board. Staff collaborate within the community-based learning environment, with wellbeing of all being of the utmost importance. As an Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 4-11 years within the class and in small intervention groups. Many of the pupils that you will work with are students requiring additional support, including those with SEND and SEMH needs such as ASD, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties. Whilst upholding the school's core values of compassion, endurance and the importance of learning, you will encourage and help children to achieve their learning goals and set targets.
