ABC Teachers are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools across Tamworth and surrounding areas. No experience is required as all training is provided by our experienced team. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in education, with flexible options to suit your availability.  Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task. Follow pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Provide support and guidance to students as needed. Build positive relationships within the school community. Requirements: No experience necessary; full training provided by ABC Teachers. A passion for working with young people. Strong communication and organisational skills. Adaptability and resilience in a school environment. Requirements To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will: A passion for education and working with young people. Strong communication and organisational skills. A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring. The ability to adapt to different classroom environments. An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: A passion for education and working with young people.
