Job Title: Travel Consultant
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 – Bonus opportunities
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30-6:30pm and Alternative Saturdays 9:30-5pm

Skills Required
Previous admin experience
Excellent communication skills
Organised and efficient
Must have been travelling in Asia (Bali, Thailand, Philippines etc)
Self motivated and ambitious
Qualifications in travel is an advantage
Responsibilities
Dealing with client queries over the phone
Understanding customers needs
Planning holidays/packages using your product knowledge
Working towards KPI’s & Targets
Supporting other members of the team as needed
General administration
