Travel and Tourism Teacher Redditch and Worcester  Think FE are collaborating with a leading college to find a dedicated Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join their team at  the Worcester and Redditch campuses. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and Personal Tutors to support learners in achieving their personal goals. Job Title: Travel & Tourism Lecturer  Location: Worcester and Redditch Campuses Contract Type: Temporary- 12 hours per week over 2 days. Monday & Tuesday or Monday and Wednesday. Monday = Worcester. Tuesday = Redditch. Wednesday is 50/50  Salary: £22-25 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay  Duration: Starting 6th January until Easter Key Responsibilities: Deliver High-Quality Teaching and Learning: Provide learners with a clear and coherently planned learning and assessment experience. Effectively manage and monitor the learning process. Offer regular assessment opportunities. Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners. Support Learner Development: Engage with learners to inspire and motivate them. Utilise industry experience to enhance learning outcomes.
